Surat Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) is gradually adopting “e-tendering”. This process involves conducting tendering activities online using the Internet and associated technologies. To facilitate this transition, APMC Surat has engaged M/s. (n)Code Solutions, a division of GNFC Ltd. (Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizer Co. Ltd.), which is approved as the Licensed Certifying Authority under the Indian Information Technology Act 2000. M/s. (n)Code Solutions has been appointed as the service provider nodal agency by the Government of Gujarat for all e-Procurement works.

Persons or agencies intending to participate in tenders are required to obtain a “Digital Signature Certificate” from any of the Licensed Certifying Authorities under the provisions of the IT Act 2000.
